Wait, you guys are all the way in Parkland? So, there’s no way you go to Dade, right? Oh, yes we do buddy! Parkland Tutoring does not mind taking the I-95 down south to Ives Dairy Road to see our friends in the Aventura area. Beginning with the elementary schools, Parkland Tutoring has helped students from Aventura Charter Elementary, Ojus Elementary School, and Virginia A. Boone Highland Oaks Elementary School.
Our one-on-one tutoring services helped many of these students with difficult math concepts, writing strategies, reading comprehension issues, FSA preparation, and time-management skills. Parkland Tutoring has provided help to the three main middle schools in the area as well. Students from Aventura Waterways, Highland Oaks Middle School, and Gulfstream Middle School have used Parkland Tutoring for help with organization skills, study tips, math help, essay guidance, research papers, science projects, history instruction, and EOC preparation. Some of the students from these schools also had learning disabilities. Parkland Tutoring was able to take some of these students’ grades from Ds to As. Motivation was a huge factor that was supplied by the tutors at Parkland Tutoring. Our bread and butter in the Aventura area is definitely the high school population, specifically for SAT and ACT preparation. Parkland Tutoring has had the chance to work with students from Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School, North Miami Beach Senior High School, Mavericks High of North Miami- Dade County, and Beth Jacob High School. Parkland Tutoring has helped many of these students with college applications, college essays, and college resumes as well.
